Driver's License --
must be a valid,
current driver's license. Learners permits are not accepted.
Moped drivers
must be at least 19 years of age.
You must have your license with you or we can not rent you a moped
.
Mopeds are for single riders only ,with riders' weight limit of
200 lbs.
Credit Card or $250 cash for your deposit.
Reservations recommended.
Sunglasses or other eye protection--this is Washington state law
for all mopeds.
Camera--to take pictures of your trip (not to be used while you are
driving however!)
Sturdy, close toed shoes--sandals or flip-flops are
not allowed.
Appropriate clothing--the weather can be chilly, so make sure you
bring plenty of warm gear for the day.

Mopeds, EPAMDs, electric-assisted bicycles, motorized foot scooters
-- General requirements and operation.
(1) No person shall operate a moped upon the highways of this state
unless the moped has been assigned a moped registration number and displays
a moped permit in accordance with the provisions of RCW 46.16.630.
(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
a moped
may not be operated on a bicycle path or trail, bikeway, equestrian trail,
or hiking or recreational trail.
(3) Operation of a moped, electric personal assistive mobility
device, or an electric-assisted bicycle on a fully controlled limited access
highway is unlawful.
Operation of a moped or an electric-assisted bicycle
on a sidewalk is unlawful.
